Frequently Asked Questions

What is the coverage area for FlexiNET Broadband services?

Coverage depends on which technology delivers your service — and the two networks do not cover the same areas.

Wireless internet reaches the broadest range of communities across the East Kootenays, including Cranbrook, Kimberley, Golden, Invermere, Creston, and many surrounding rural areas. View wireless coverage →

Fiber internet is available in select areas where we have built fiber optic infrastructure, with more communities being added through ongoing projects. View fiber coverage →

How much data do I have?

All our packages come with unlimited data usage. We do not charge for overage.

What to do if you are having trouble getting online?

We recommend power cycling your router and FlexiNET radio. Follow these steps:

1) Unplug the POE Adaptor from the electrical outlet.

2) Wait 30 seconds.

3) Plug the POE Adaptor back into the outlet.

4) The radio should power up and reconnect within 30–45 seconds.

5) To power cycle your router, follow the same steps using your router's power cord instead of the POE.

If you are still having issues after power cycling, please contact our support team.
